All people have the capacity for positive growth and change, sometimes we just need a little help along the way.
We all have times in our lives where we feel stressed, anxious, depressed, hurt or hopeless. In these times, it helps to reach out and allow others to join us in our experience, in order to gain support and perspective. As a therapist I help children, adults, and families find their own paths to healing by listening closely to the strengths and capacities they already have, while helping them remove the barriers that get in the way. People from all backgrounds are welcome in my office, where I strive to provide an environment that feels safe, friendly, and non-judgmental to all. Building trust and safety in the therapy room is an important step in helping people feel supported, gain insight, and practice new skills.
